Current Concert Hall Capacity & Fees: 

Capacity: 1,063 (events with capacities of 500+ require NPD presence and shall be booked directly through them at 203-854-3023).

$1,750 For-Profit Organizations

$1,000 Non-Profit Organizations

$500 Refundable Deposit

$160 Cleaning Fee per event

$35 Hourly Rate for 2023 Weekend Security (Effective September 1, 2023)

The City of Norwalk reserves the right to cancel the Event for public health or safety reasons as determined by the City of Norwalk in its sole discretion. The City of Norwalk shall not be liable for damages arising from the cancellation of the Event.
