The 2016 Norwalk Resident/Beach Pass expires on March 31, 2017.
 
Residents will be given a 30-day Grace Period at both the Transfer Station and Yard Waste Site. 
 
Residents will be required to have the 2016 Resident/Beach Pass by May 1, 2017; for cars or SUVs that enter the Norwalk Transfer Station or Yard Waste Site.
 
Residents can go to the Recreation & Parks Dept at City Hall or visit www.norwalkct.org/residentpass
 
Norwalk Residents with Pick-up Trucks, Vans, and/or Trailers: The Resident Cards to not need to be renewed until July 1, 2017.
