The SNOW EMERGENCY has been terminated Tuesday March 14th at 5 pm
March 14, 2017 - Norwalk – The local state of emergency was lifted at 5 pm today and the governor's travel ban is also lifted. However, roads remain messy and icy throughout the region so please remain off the roads so crews can continue to work. We have no power outages at this time, though there were some earlier caused by trees/wires that have been cleared.
City buildings will open at their normal time tomorrow. The School district will use their normal channels to provide updates regarding plans for tomorrow. Norwalk transit will resume normal operations tomorrow and metro north is resuming limited service at 6 pm tonight.
