[ARCHIVED] The City of Norwalk will be reversing traffic patterns on Haviland Street and Elizabeth Street begin

The new traffic pattern on Haviland Street will be one–way traffic flow from Water Street to South Main Street and the new traffic pattern on Elizabeth Street will be one-way traffic flow from South Main Street to Water Street. Staff from the Norwalk Police Department and Norwalk Public Works Department will be on-site Monday to assist motorists.
