David Lewis is President, CEO and Founder of OperationsInc, the state's largest Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting firm, specializing in support for small to mid-sized businesses. Since he started the company in 2001, the firm has experienced steady growth and now engages 40+ HR professionals in support of a base of over 1,200 clients. David is also the President and CEO of AllCountyJobs.com, the state's largest job board network.
David is also the co-founder of The CEO Roundtable, a Fairfield County based executive networking and educational group. David's active involvement in the local business community includes being a member of the Board of Directors of the CT Business and Industry Association, the Advisory Board of The Fairfield County Business Journal and several board roles with the Southern CT Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.
