The meeting is to be held in the Community Room at Norwalk City Hall. The meeting is designed for Norwalk citizens to come together to discuss ways to improve the quality of life within the City of Norwalk and to voice their concerns with Mayor Rilling, Member of the Common Council and some City Department Heads. Mayor Rilling will host a gathering once a month in various Neighborhoods within the City.
