Connecticut Magazine has named the City of Norwalk with one of the top two spots in a rating of the state's biggest cities.

Norwalk tops all cities in education and civic engagement and ranks second in economy and third in crime.

Fifteen of Norwalk's restaurants were listed as the 2013 best restaurants.
