On July 23, 2013, the Common Council approved changes to several fees charged for permits and licenses. The increases are as follows: Full year public pool from $480 to $485, Certificate of Apartment Occupancy (CAO) from $80 to $85, Body Care from $175 to $190. These changes take effect on August 1, 2013.
