[ARCHIVED] Recall on Children’s Stackable Toys Due to Lead Paint

Recall Notice:  Adam the Apple™, a children’s stackable toy from Stack Em’ Up Books has been recalled due to a lead poisoning hazard. Surface paint on the wooden toys has been found to contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban. Lead is toxic for children if ingested and can cause adverse health effects. Consumers are advised to remove the toy immediately.
