To All City Staff: 

We have received a significant amount of snow in Norwalk and around the state. To allow time for roads and parking lots to be cleared, I am closing all City buildings and facilities tomorrow, February 2. Those who are not first responders or essential employees should not report work. Staff has incredible flexibility to work remotely – please use these resources to the best of your abilities. Norwalk Public Schools and Central Office staff should contact the Superintendent’s Office for instruction.  

Regular hours of operation for all City business is expected to resume on Wednesday, February 3, but a delayed opening is a possibility. Please monitor your email for additional updates.
