To All City Staff: 

As a result of the incoming snowstorm, I have declared a Snow Emergency in Norwalk effective at noon today. To allow time for staff to get home safely, I am closing all City buildings and facilities effective at 1 p.m. today. Please take any laptops, equipment, and documents home that you may need to work remotely. A decision has not yet been made regarding opening City buildings and facilities tomorrow. However, due to the timing of the storm, a delayed opening or complete closure is likely. Please remember to sign up for the Employee Alert Notification System to receive these updates.
