On Thursday July 4, 2019 (Independence Day), there will be NO garbage and recycling collection services for the City of Norwalk and collection will follow the holiday schedule.

Garbage and Recycling will be collected as normal on Monday July 1^st, Tuesday July 2^nd and Wednesday July 3^rd.

Garbage and Recycling normally collected on Thursday July 4^th will be collected on Friday July 5^th. Garbage and Recycling normally collected on Friday will be collected on Saturday July 6^th.

The Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent St, and the Yard Waste Site, located at 15 South Smith St, will both be CLOSED on Thursday July 4, 2019; and will reopen for regular business hours on Friday July 5^th.
