Christmas Tree Collection

For City of Norwalk Resident’s that receive City garbage collection, Christmas Trees will be collected twice during the month of January 2018:

• Monday January 8, 2018 – Friday January 12, 2018
• Monday January 22, 2018 – Friday January 26, 2018

Please have all Trees curbside by 6:00am on the MONDAY of the above collection weeks.

Please NO PLASTIC BAGS, DECORATIONS, or LIGHTS.

The Yard Waste Site, located at 15 S. Smith Street, will be open for two weeks in January 2018 for Christmas tree and Yard Waste drop-off:

• Monday January 8, 2018 – Saturday January 13, 2018
• Monday January 22, 2018 – Saturday January 27, 2018

Hours for the Yard Waste Site, during the special drop off weeks in January 2018, will be:

• Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:00pm
• (The Scale closes for lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm, approximately)
• Saturday 7:30am-2:00pm

The Yard Waste Site will be open during the Winter Season on Wednesdays, weather permitting and will reopen for the Spring Season on Monday April 2, 2018.
