Mayor Richard A. Moccia was joined by the Norwalk Parking Authority and Car Charging Group Inc. (OTCBB:CCGI), a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services, to officially celebrate the opening of the first electric vehicle charging stations in a municipal parking area in Fairfield County, Connecticut
