Am I Registered?
Find Out Whether You Are Registered to VoteTo see if you are registered, check the online database to verify that your listed address is your current residential address and that your status is listed as active. Check to see if you are enrolled in the political party of your choice or are unaffiliated with a party. Deadlines for registering to vote can be found here.
If, for some reason you miss these deadlines Connecticut allows for Election Day Registration (EDR), so if you have not registered to vote by the cut-off dates, it is still possible to come into City Hall on Election Day — November 3rd (between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M.). Persons wishing to do so must have a valid I.D. and with current proof of Norwalk residency (30 days or less) — and vote at City Hall. There is no EDR at regular polling places.
