This is a Coastal Area Management application for 10 Harbor View Avenue. The applicant proposes to demolish an existing home and build a new single-family residence to be made flood compliant. The structure will be built on piers, with parking and storage below, and the first floor will be at an 18' elevation. A modified driveway, site grading, landscaping, and drainage improvements are also proposed.
