Norwalk Waterfront Study

The City of Norwalk conducted a waterfront study to help guide future land use along Norwalk's harbor. The plan is proposed to be adopted as an amendment to the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). Please contact Steve Kleppin, Director of Planning & Zoning, with any questions.
