New Precinct 143C now consists of all the territory west of Newtown Avenue, west of Westport, south of Wilton, and east of Main Avenue, West Rocks Road, Creeping Hemlock Drive, Cobblers Land and Lakewood Drive and then, southerly of Creeping Hemlock Drive and the Merritt Parkway, and again east of the Metro-North Railroad tracks as shown on the map above. The southerly line of the precinct runs along Ward Street, then along Aiken Street, and along St. Mary's Lane, south on East Rocks Road and then along Blake Street to Newtown Avenue.
