Precinct 137C votes at Tracey Elementary School (as before).

This precinct lost the territory to the East of East Avenue & New Town Avenue and also territory North of Blake Street and East of East Rocks Road (both of which are now part of District 143). Territory between Riverside Avenue and the Metro-North Danbury Line railroad tracks was added to Precinct 137C (and taken from Precinct 137B) to balance the sizes of these precincts.
