Precinct 137B now votes at the Norwalk Library, instead of St Mary Hall. Territory on the East side of the Norwalk river and west of East Avenue is now included in this precinct and the territory between Riverside Avenue and the Metro-North railroad tracks is now in Precinct 137C. A few blocks in the northwest part of the precinct bordered by Reservoir Avenue, Leuvine Street, Fairview Avenue and Magnolia Avenue were added to Precinct 137C.
