We are very pleased to be part of UConn's Connecticut Institute for Resilience & Climate Adaptation (CIRCA) Phase III Resilient Connecticut program. Focused on portions of South Norwalk, this plan will assess flood mitigation and heat adaptation options and opportunities. The result will be a framework for regulations, rezoning recommendations, and projects needed to pursue a healthy, vibrant and dynamic waterfront for Norwalk that balances public access, water-dependent land uses, water quality, and flood resiliency.
Review projects recently approved, pending or currently underway throughout the city.
