We are very pleased to be part of UConn's Connecticut Institute for Resilience & Climate Adaptation (CIRCA) Phase III Resilient Connecticut program. Focused on portions of South Norwalk, this plan will assess flood mitigation and heat adaptation options and opportunities. This plan will help the City to identify different levels and types of housing needed while providing guidance and direction on how to achieve those levels. The City needs to complete the plan to comply with the State requirements however the planning process will help the City fully understand what housing options are needed. Review projects recently approved, pending or currently underway throughout the city.
