Adopt a Spot Program
The City's Adopt a Spot program is a joint effort of Keep Norwalk Beautiful, which is led by the Neighborhood Improvement Coordinator (David Shockley), and the City of Norwalk. Organizations or businesses wishing to "Adopt a Spot" are responsible for planting and maintaining select traffic islands located throughout the City. Additional information is provided in the authorization form.

Graffiti and Litter Abatement
The Neighborhood Improvement Coordinator addresses issues of graffiti and litter in our neighborhoods. Graffiti is a concern for all of us and we need your assistance to keep it under control. To report incidents of graffiti and locations in need of litter removal, please contact Customer Service. To learn more about volunteering to help address the needs of graffiti and litter removal in Norwalk, please contact David Shockley. Together, we can Keep Norwalk Beautiful!
